Iris is a British Wheel of Yoga registered Yoga Teacher and Aromatherapy Wellness Coach. Her holistic teachings are followed by thousands of people globally and she demonstrates how we all can live to be our best version by taking simply steps towards a balanced, more healthier life.
In her yoga and movement work she specialises in yoga as therapy, working predominately with people suffering from stress and anxiety, living with cancer, and children and teenagers with developmental challenges such as ADD, ADHD and Autism.
