Everyone can do yoga, whatever their age, shape and fitness. Believing that you are too inflexible to do yoga is like saying you are too dirty to have a bath!
Whether you spend too much time at your desk, have always wanted to establish a more regular movement regime or simply cannot commit to a full practice - these easy to follow bite-sized yoga sequences are all practiced with the aid of a regular chair.
The Stretch, Release, Revive series is suitable for beginners and regular yogis alike.
It's for anyone who needs to move a little bit more and who cannot (or does not want to) commit to a full class.
It's also perfect for anyone who would like to establish a daily routine, but you don't know how.
What the course offers:
The course contains five movement practices and one relaxation practice. These practices address different needs, such as sleep, muscles and joints, a restorative sequence and mindfulness.
Each practice contains a video and printable PDF, so you can follow Iris first by practicing with a video, and then simply print the accompanying PDF to practice whenever you feel like it.

Iris is a British Wheel of Yoga registered Yoga Teacher and Aromatherapy Wellness Coach. Her holistic teachings are followed by thousands of people globally and she demonstrates how we all can live to be our best version by taking simply steps towards a balanced, more healthier life.
In her yoga and movement work she specialises in yoga as therapy, working predominately with people suffering from stress and anxiety, living with cancer, and children and teenagers with developmental challenges such as ADD, ADHD and Autism.
